Safe Edge

The edging comes in 3.0 meter lengths (1.6mm thick) with varying heights including:

  • 100mm
  • 150mm
  • 280mm

The folded edge also provides some rigidity for straight runs but is also flexible enough to create curves.

External Corner

The External 90 degree corner provides the perfect solution for trying to install the rust edging to join 2 outward facing edges.

The External 90 degree corner provides the perfect solution for trying to install the rust edging to join 2 inward facing edges.

Joining Plates

Joining plates are required to join the Safe Edge lengths together as well as lengths to the corners.

Butt-join lengths and insert join plate under the fold to connect the lengths together and preserve that smooth finish.

Corten Pegs

The Corten Pegs provide a very clean appearance blending in with the rust edging. They are the prefered option for Safe Edge as the pegs sit underneath the fold.

They are 25mm wide, 3mm thick and come in lengths of 395mm and 500mm.

Fixings

We offer 2 fixing options:

Pop Rivets provide a more flush and smooth finish, blending into the edging.

Roofing Screws are a stronger fixing method.

Both fixings are offered in Manor Red or Night Sky.
