Delivery Info

Our free delivery map shows boundaries of our nominated metro zone. Only suburbs within this perimeter will be delivered free by our courier within 5 business days (in stock items, after confirmation of order, during normal business hours).

Eligibility for the free delivery offering is determined by a minimum order amount, specific to the relevant product categories. Eligibility of a certain product and the minimum order value can be found on the product pages. 

Special order in products may have additional lead times, please refer to our product pages or contact us. Additional supplier cartage fees may also be applicable, these will be noted on the specific product pages. Clearance items do not fall within our free delivery offer.

Priority delivery is also available for locations within our nominated zone. Priority deliveries will be delivered within 3 business days (In stock items)and will incur our normal delivery charge for that area. Exact times cannot be given (an estimated time can be advised on the day of delivery, if requested). The purchaser is responsible for the goods once delivered.

Placement of an order either verbal or written implies acceptance of the supplier’s offer and of these conditions. If a specific delivery date has been organised to coincide with the customer being onsite (to assist with unloading or to make a C.O.D payment), and the customer is not present, then an additional delivery fee will apply.
