COVID-19 Update – 5th August 2020


Chippy’s Outdoor remains committed to ensuring all our customers can obtain the materials needed, throughout this challenging period.

There will be a temporary change to our operating hours during Stage 4 Lockdowns: -


Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 4.00pm (No Change)

Saturday: (Temporarily Closed)

Sunday: Closed (No Change)

Our Showroom/Warehouse will be closed to all customers. 

Retail customers can order Online or via Telephone, for Delivery or Contactless Pickup.

Trade customers can order Online or via Telephone, for Delivery or Contactless Pickup.


Contactless Pickup, please follow instructions on site, or call us for instructions. 


Deliveries are as per standard and to the Nature Strip.  It is asked that all customers remain inside and continue to respect Physical/Social Distancing, so as to protect the health and safety of our delivery drivers/couriers.  Due to the increase in deliveries, please be mindful that there may be extended delivery timelines for you to receive your order.  We will endeavour to have all our customers purchases delivered as soon as possible.


Customers if you are self-quarantining, have tested positive to COVID, or have any Flu-like/COVID symptoms, please advise our staff, so extra safety precautions can be taken if necessary.

In order to protect the safety of our customers and employees we highlight the following to our customers: -

  • We ask customers to follow our guidelines, maintain social distancing and to keep us all safe.
  • We can provide assistance via telephone (03 9755 6811) and via email (
  • If you would like to pick up your items, you can ring and pay over the phone. We will have your materials available when you arrive.  Further instruction will be provided on arrival.
  • Our delivery service continues as per our normal nature strip drop off policy.  We ask customers to plan their orders for delivery as early as possible, so that we can efficiently plan delivery runs to ensure all customers are receiving their goods.  If customers are home, please maintain safe social distancing measures.


We will continue to do everything possible to protect the safety of our customers and our employees.
